What we collect
Early access requests, manual founder access requests, and beta product-use feedback collect an email address and standard request metadata needed to operate the beta list, answer support, and protect the service. Manual founder access emails and beta feedback can include what workflow the trader tested, such as current read, review shortcuts, first actions, proof blocker, risk context, first miss, stop rule, and what should be removed or rewritten. Paid founder beta checkout can add Stripe customer IDs, subscription state, checkout session IDs, beta ledger records, and support records needed to fulfill access and billing requests.
How we use it
We use submitted contact details to reply about Tesus.ai access, product updates, support, cancellation, refunds, and billing issues. We do not sell early access or founder beta contact details.
Service providers
Hosting, email, analytics, payment, and ledger providers may process standard technical logs, delivery metadata, Stripe billing records, or beta ledger records as part of running the site.
Retention and deletion
We keep founder beta records only as long as needed for access, billing, support, security, legal, and accounting retention. Questions, correction requests, or deletion requests can be sent to contact@tesus.ai.
