Founder beta subscriptions can be canceled through the Stripe Customer Portal link sent to the verified payment email. If you need a fresh portal link before account login exists, email contact@tesus.ai from the payment email.
Refund requests are handled quickly during founder beta. Ask for a refund if access was not handled within 24 hours of completed payment or if you expected signals, alerts, entries, exits, copy trading, managed execution, or financial advice.
Email the exact Market Reads workflow you tried: current read, review shortcuts, first actions, proof blocker, first miss, stop rule, and whether the prep packet was copied, rejected, ignored, or unclear. Do not send account size, positions, trade history, broker screenshots, or P&L.
Tesus.ai support cannot give entries, exits, trade direction, position sizing, account advice, broker advice, or copy-trading instructions. Market Reads are inspection context for discretionary traders, not financial advice.
Access may be limited for automated abuse, scraping, harassment, bypass attempts, or use that misrepresents Tesus.ai as a signal, copy-trading, or guaranteed-profit service.
