Terms

Terms

Terms for using Tesus.ai market-intelligence context, including beta access and non-advice boundaries.

Product use

Tesus.ai provides market-intelligence context for reviewing FX session behavior, evidence state, and read maturity.

No financial advice

Tesus.ai content is not financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or an instruction to enter, exit, copy, or size a trade.

Beta access

Beta access can change as product coverage, data quality, and operating requirements change. Features may be added, removed, or revised.

Responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own analysis, risk controls, broker decisions, and execution decisions.

Support, cancellation, and refunds

Support requests, manual founder access requests, beta product-use feedback, beta access changes, cancellation requests, and refund questions can be sent through Tesus.ai forms or contact@tesus.ai. Paid founder beta checkout is available only on an explicitly disclosed offer page. Manual access requests do not create a paid subscription unless a Stripe payment or explicitly approved manual inspection slot is confirmed. Monthly founder beta subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing portal links are generated from verified Stripe customer records until full customer authentication exists.

Subscription cancellation

Founder beta customers can cancel through a Stripe Customer Portal link sent to the verified payment email. Until full customer authentication exists, contact@tesus.ai can regenerate that portal link from the verified Stripe customer record.

Refund handling

Refund requests are handled quickly during founder beta, especially if a customer expected trading signals, alerts, entries, exits, managed execution, or copy trading. If founder beta access is not handled within 24 hours of completed payment, customers can request a refund at contact@tesus.ai.

Abuse handling

Access may be limited or removed for automated abuse, attempts to bypass beta access controls, harassment, scraping, or use that misrepresents Tesus.ai as a signal, copy-trading, or guaranteed-profit service.
